Tuition and Fees

1. New families must pay an application fee of $45.00 at the time their application is submitted. This fee covers the cost of processing your application and is not refundable.
2. Families that are accepted at St. Clare School must pay a registration fee when they actually enroll their children at school. The Registration Fee is not refundable.
3. Tuition Rates change every year. The Tuition for the current School Year is shown on this page for your reference.

Financial Policies

St. Clare School relies exclusively on tuition and fees for its operating budget. Each family is expected to honor its financial commitments to the school.

• Families agree to pay all tuition and fees when due.
• The School utilizes an automatic tuition collection system (known as FACTS) to collect tuition and extended care fees.
• Tuition payments begin in July or are due in July.
• All tuition amounts must be paid in full by May 1 of the school year.
• Families that desire to pay tuition at the In-Parish Rate must demonstrate their participation at and support of St. Clare’s Parish on a continuous, year-round basis for at least one year. Participation means being active in the liturgical and ministerial life at St. Clare, attending Mass on Sundays, and providing consistent financial support of the parish through regular use of the Parish Envelope System. In-Parish Family participation will be reviewed on a quarterly basis and tuition will be adjusted if they are no longer participating at St. Clare.
• Refund Policy: Annual Registration fees are non-refundable. Tuition and Extended Care Fees paid to the school are refundable on a pro-rated basis based on the date of withdrawal provided that the family gives the Principal written notice at least 30 days before withdrawing. No partial month payments of tuition or fees are refundable.
