Second Grade Priorities

Priorities

• Religion:  The students will be receiving their First Reconciliation and their First Holy Communion this year.
• Reading:  Students are expected to read twenty or more minutes each day.
• Math:  Memorize five flash cards each night.
• Discipline:  Positive Approach

Classroom Rules

• Listen when others are talking.
• Follow Directions.
• Keep Hands, feet, and other objects to yourself.
• Work quietly, and do not disturb others.
• Be a Silver Box.

Homework

• Students will need to take home their red folder each night.
• Spelling is assigned 4 nights a week.
• Religion, Math, and Creative Writing will be assigned separately.
